“Summer” Art Exhibit to open at Trumbull Memorial Hospital

(Warren, OH June 12, 2006) On Saturday, June 17, 2006, Trumbull Memorial Hospital Foundation, in partnership with Trumbull Area Artists, present the art exhibit “Summer” in the Niessen Art Gallery, located on the first floor North lobby of Trumbull Memorial Hospital, 1350 East Market Street, Warren, Ohio. An opening reception for the new exhibit will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and provides an opportunity to meet the artists. The general public is welcome.

“At Forum Health we believe that art is integral to the healing process,” expressed Amber Wallace, Director of Philanthropy at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. “We are pleased to partner with Trumbull Area Artists to showcase the talents and creativity of our local artists, while at the same time create an environment for patients, visitors and staff that is appealing, soothing and restorative.”

The multi-artist “Summer” exhibit, the first in a series of five art shows to be held at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in the coming year, will run from June 17 to July 27, 2006. All works by Trumbull Area Artist are available for sale.
“Were very happy about working with Trumbull Memorial Hospital and having the Niessen Art Gallery as another venue for our artists to show their work,” said Karen Fry, founder of the Trumbull Area Artists.
