What Forms of payment are accepted?
Payment and balances for all services is required at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, FSHA, HSA, Care Credit, and cash.
Do you accept Insurance?
No, we work for you, the patient, rather than the insurance company. We expect payment at the time of service for services rendered. The service fee is based on the actual time spent with the provider and treatments being performed. Some patients may qualify for insurance reimbursement from their policy if they submit an itemized receipt which we can provide. Our services normally qualify for FSHA and HSA reimbursement. We do not maintain staff to process insurance claims and requests.
What happens if I cannot make my appointment?
In order to serve our patients well it is our policy that a $150.00 cancellation fee will be applied to your account for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice. Missed IV Therapy appointments or cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice will result in a $75 fee.
Outstanding balances, late fees and collection fees will be added to any outstanding balance and services will not continue until the balance is paid in full.
